Nikka Days Sour is a shaken cocktail made with Nikka - Nikka Days, served in a coupe.

- Lemon twist expressed over the drink
Ingredients
- 60ml Nikka Days Whisky
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20ml Simple Syrup 1 Egg White
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist expressed over the drink to release the oils.
