Tasting notes
The nose is elegant. It reveals notes of citrus, candied orange, small spices, flowers (especially lemon blossom and a slight note of jasmine) and rancio. The palate is round, smooth, complex, fruity, light and complex. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of pear, candied fruits, plum, dried fruits and slight notes of vanilla, oak and yellow fruits in the background. Good length.

About this cognac
Hine is a renowned producer of fine Champagne Cognac, with a history dating back to 1763. The Rare V.S.O.P is a testament to the expertise and dedication of the Hine family, who have been producing exceptional Cognacs for over two centuries.
The Rare V.S.O.P is a blend of eaux-de-vie from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions, which are known for producing some of the finest Cognacs in the world. The eaux-de-vie are aged for a minimum of 6 years in French oak barrels, which gives the Cognac its distinctive flavour and aroma.
The Rare V.S.O.P has a rich, golden colour and a complex aroma of dried fruits, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, with notes of honey, caramel, and spices. The finish is long and satisfying, with a hint of oak and a touch of sweetness.
Hine is committed to producing Cognacs of the highest quality, using only the finest ingredients and traditional methods of production. The Rare V.S.O.P is a testament to this commitment, and is a must-try for anyone who appreciates the finer things in life.
