Tasting notes
Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse and delicate streams of bubbles. The nose offers fresh green apple, lemon zest, and white peach with subtle notes of brioche and almond. On the palate, it is crisp and elegant, with bright acidity, citrus and orchard-fruit flavours, and a hint of toasted pastry. The finish is clean, refreshing, and pleasantly dry with a lingering mineral quality.

Domaine de Rochebin produces this Crémant de Bourgogne in Burgundy, made from Chardonnay using the traditional method that gives Crémant its fine, persistent mousse.
