Delas - Hermitage - Les Bessards

This Hermitage from the Les Bessards lieu-dit is a complex, pure and highly perfumed Syrah. The nose shows classic powdered rock-like minerality, with loads of crème de cassis and black raspberry fruit, smoked meats, spice and dried-flower nuances. On the palate it is full-bodied and seamless, with fabulous density, an ultra-fine tannin structure and impeccable overall balance. It benefits from 3-4 years in the cellar and will then drink well over the following two decades.
