About this sake
Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo is produced by Asahi Shuzo in Japan, milled to 45% of the original rice grain to strip away everything but the pure, fragrant core. It is a Junmai Daiginjo in the strictest sense, made without added alcohol, relying entirely on rice, water, koji and craftsmanship.
Served cool at 10-12°C, it shows the delicate, floral, faintly fruity character this milling ratio is known for. Pour it alongside sushi, sashimi or other refined Japanese dishes at the table.'
