Tasting notes
A pale salmon-hued rosé with delicate aromas of wild strawberry, dried herbs, and a distinctive saline minerality that speaks to its Provençal coastal origins. On the palate, Tibouren's signature character emerges with notes of red currant, garrigue, white pepper, and a subtle floral lift. The texture is silky yet structured, with refreshing acidity and a long, pleasantly savory finish.

About this wine
Clos Cibonne is one of Provence's most distinctive estates, long associated with the rare Tibouren grape, a variety it has championed for generations on the Var coast. The Cuvée Spéciale des Vignettes is a single-variety Côtes de Provence rosé built almost entirely from this thin-skinned, aromatic cépage that few other producers bother with.
Expect a deeper, more savoury style than the pale, fruit-forward Provençal mainstream, dried herbs, orange peel, a faint sea-spray salinity and real textural grip. At 13.5% it has presence without weight. Serve with shellfish, grilled poultry, pork rillettes or anything green and herb-driven from the galley.
