Tasting notes

Pale pink with a silvery rim. Nose of citrus blossom, red berries and fresh herbs. Palate is dry and precise, with grapefruit and strawberry fruit, closing on a mineral, saline finish. Produced under kosher certification, it keeps the bright, refreshing character of Provence rosé.
