Here, there is no dealcoholization process, just pure grape must. Made from unfermented white grape juice, this sparkling beverage is produced by gently pressing rigorously selected bunches from Bottega's Venetian vineyards. Known for its prestigious Prosecco, the Italian house offers a fine alternative to sparkling wines with its Sparkling Zero range, with the same attention to detail. On the palate, the aromas are natural, fruity, and floral, and the delicate effervescence, achieved through carbon dioxide, adds finesse and lightness.
