Absent Elegance is a shaken cocktail made with Absent 55 - Absinthe, served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Absent 55 - Absinthe
  • 20 ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Method

  1. Add the Absent 55 - Absinthe, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.
  2. Add the egg white and dry shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, serve with a small sprig of fresh thyme placed delicately on the surface of the drink.
