The Sking or Queen 2021 white was produced from Albillo Real grapes from old vines. After a month of skin fermentation, it was aged in stainless steel vats with lees for eight months, hence its name "orange wine". It has a golden colour and a nose of yellow fruits, quince paste, pollen and a delicate herbaceous touch. It has great freshness and lively acidity. Its texture is round, with fine tannins and good volume. An orange gastronomic wine, elegant, complex, with lots of personality, intense and versatile.
