The Brut Rosé from Laurent-Perrier champagne is the house's most emblematic vintage. It is one of the very rare rosé champagnes made using the saignée technique, that is to say by letting the grapes naturally give the champagne its colour and aromas. It is a delicate operation that requires precision and patience. The Brut Rosé from Laurent-Perrier has a salmon-tinted colour, a sparkling colour. The first notes reveal a fresh champagne, with aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, it is a fruity, lively, and slightly tangy vintage that is offered for tasting. The notes of small red fruits are very present, and very delicious.
