The Brut Reserve opens with a pale lemon colour with notions of wet rock and citrus skin before hints of jasmine and white flowers float out of the glass. Medium-bodied, the palate shows zesty acidity with flavours of brioche, green apple and sautéed almonds while strutting its fine texture and frothy mousse.
