Ingredients
- 60 ml The Macallan - 12 yrs - Sherry Oak Cask
- 15 ml Amontillado sherry
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Orange twist for garnish
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add The Macallan - 12 yrs - Sherry Oak Cask, Amontillado sherry, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
- Stir gently for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and use it as a garnish.
Serve
A rocks glass with a rich amber cocktail, featuring a large, clear ice cube and garnished with an orange twist.
