This complex combination of casks delivers a light whisky with notes of honey and fruit. Pale straw colour. Complex nose with a hint of fruit and heather honey. Soft and malty palate balanced with oak and fruit. Lingering finish with hints of oak and fruit.

  • 60 ml The Macallan - 10 yrs - Fine Oak
  • 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Add The Macallan - 10 yrs - Fine Oak, Sweet Vermouth, Angostura Bitters, and Orange Bitters.
  3. Stir gently until well-chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
