Amaretto Sunset is a shaken cocktail made with Disaronno - Originale Amaretto - 70cl, served in a rocks glass.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Disaronno Originale Amaretto
  • 30 ml fresh orange juice
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml grenadine
  • Orange slice and cherry for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Disaronno Originale Amaretto, orange juice, and lemon juice.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Slowly pour grenadine over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Serve

A rocks glass with a vibrant gradient from deep red at the bottom to bright amber at the top, garnished with a fresh orange slice and a cherry.
