The dried fruits are dominant on the nose, along with Christmas spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, additional flavors appear with ripe baked apples, vanilla, and hint of cherries. As per usual with Chivas Regal, the wood is giving a drier finish to this overall smooth and sweet whisky.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Chivas Regal - 25 yrs
- 30 ml Crème de Violette
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Chivas Regal - 25 yrs, Crème de Violette, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, serve with a silver straw.
