Ingredients

  • 60 ml Absolut - Vanilla
  • 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 15 ml coconut cream
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • Pineapple wedge and vanilla bean for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Absolut - Vanilla, fresh pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a split vanilla bean.

Serve

Serve in a coupe glass, garnished with a fresh pineapple wedge and a vanilla bean.
