The winery is led by sisters Pascale and Isabelle Eymas, who inherited the estate from their father and have continued the family tradition of producing outstanding wines. Domaine de la Jasse produces a range of wines, including red, white, and rosé, using a variety of grapes such as Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre for their red wines, and Chardonnay and Viognier for their whites. One of their most popular wines is the Domaine de la Jasse "Le J", a blend of Syrah and Grenache that is full-bodied and rich, with notes of dark fruits and spices.
