Ingredients
- 60ml HMS Spirits - Elizabeth Gin
- 20ml Elderflower liqueur
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Honey syrup
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the HMS Spirits - Elizabeth Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
