In spring, as in summer, Méditerranée evokes the fresh and sunny breath of the Mediterranean. A pale salmon-pink rosé with delicate notes of white flowers, peach skin, and zesty citrus. Fresh, velvety, and lightly spiced with hints of kumquat, it’s a bright, sunny wine.
Figuière Famille Combard crafts this refined Méditerranée IGP Rosé from a carefully selected blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of Provence. The region's maritime climate and limestone-rich terroir impart a fresh, elegant character with subtle citrus and stone fruit notes, balanced by medium(+) acidity and a crisp, approachable 12.5% ABV. This is a wine designed for the Mediterranean lifestyle, sophisticated yet unpretentious.
The Figuière rosé pairs beautifully with the lighter fare of summer entertaining: shellfish, grilled fish, lobster, and fresh salads all find perfect harmony with its dry, refreshing profile. Goat cheese, green vegetables, and citrus-based dishes showcase its versatility, while the wine's medium body makes it equally suited to tapas and small plates or more substantial grilled vegetables. Whether enjoyed aboard a yacht, at a villa terrace, or at a fine dining table, this Provence rosé captures the essence of sun, sea, and seasonality that defines the region's winemaking tradition.
