Tasting notes
Lychee, rose petal and Turkish delight lead, with ginger and a touch of orange peel behind. The palate is full and textural, with gentle acidity cushioning ripe stone fruit and spice. Finishes long and perfumed, with a faint bitter-grapefruit edge.

About this wine
The 2019 Riesling Grand Cru Praelatenberg is concentrated and complex on the nose that displays ripe and firm white fruit intermingled with saline notes. On the palate, this is a generous, lush, refined and chalky-textured Praelatenberg Riesling that reveals very fine and saline acidity and a juicy, well balanced and fruity as well as saline finish. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in February 2023.
