Ingredients:

- 50ml Eden Mill Hop Gin
- 25ml Aperol
- 25ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 10ml honey syrup
- 75ml soda water

Instructions:
1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Add the Eden Mill Hop Gin, Aperol, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup.
3. Stir well.
4. Top up with soda water.
5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
