Dolin is a French producer specializing in vermouth, based in the Savoie region of the French Alps. The house has been crafting traditional French vermouth using local alpine botanicals and herbs since the 19th century, representing one of the few remaining authentic French vermouth producers in a category largely dominated by Italian brands.

Dolin vermouths are distinguished by their use of Savoie white wines as a base, combined with carefully selected botanicals that reflect the alpine terroir of their mountain location.
