Tasting notes
Very pale “litchi pink,” almost translucent, classic high-end Provence style. Refined and elegant, with layered aromatics: white peach/pear, citrus (lemon, grapefruit, bergamot), white flowers subtle exotic hints. Clean, precise attack. Silky, fine texture. Medium body but very well balanced.Bright acidity giving freshness. Flavours echo the nose: citrus, stone fruit, floral notes The wine is both delicate and lively, with a polished, almost “crystalline” feel.

About this wine
Château Peyrassol is a historic winery located in the heart of Provence, France. The estate dates back to the 13th century and has been producing wine for over 800 years. The winery is known for its exceptional rosé wines, which are made using a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes. The grapes are carefully selected and hand-harvested to ensure the highest quality. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors, resulting in a crisp and refreshing rosé with notes of red berries, citrus, and a hint of minerality.
Château Peyrassol is committed to sustainable farming practices and has been certified organic since 1999. The winery uses natural methods to control pests and diseases, and the vineyards are irrigated using a drip system to conserve water. In addition to its rosé wines, Château Peyrassol also produces red and white wines. The red wines are made using a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot grapes, while the white wines are made using a blend of Rolle and Ugni Blanc grapes.
Overall, Château Peyrassol is a must-visit winery for anyone interested in the history and tradition of winemaking in Provence. Its exceptional rosé wines are a testament to the skill and dedication of the winemakers, and its commitment to sustainability makes it a leader in the industry.
