Rosadiem

Rosadiem is a rosé producer based in Provence, France, working within the Côtes de Provence appellation. Côtes de Provence is the largest appellation in Provence and one of the most significant rosé-producing areas in the world, accounting for the majority of the region's output. The appellation covers a broad area across the Var department and parts of Bouches-du-Rhône and Alpes-Maritimes.

Côtes de Provence rosés are typically dry and pale in colour, ranging from the faintest blush to a soft salmon hue, with aromatic profiles that lean toward fresh red fruit, citrus, and garrigue — the wild herbs and scrubland characteristic of the Mediterranean landscape. The appellation permits a range of grape varieties, with Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre forming the backbone of many blends. Grenache contributes body and red fruit character, Cinsault brings freshness and floral lift, and Mourvèdre adds structure and a savory, earthy quality.

Rosadiem's rosé is assembled from precisely this combination — Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre — which is a traditional and well-suited blend for the appellation. This trio is capable of producing wines that balance fruit-forward accessibility with the dry, mineral restraint that distinguishes Provençal rosé from sweeter styles produced elsewhere.
