Tasting notes

The latest release of Perrier-Joët's NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is charming and expressive, bursting from the glass with aromas of crisp yellow orchard fruit, pear, white flowers and subtle hints of buttered toast. Medium to full-bodied, elegant and fine-boned, its pretty core of fruit is girdled by succulent acids, concluding with a delicately chalky finish.

About this sparkling wine

Perrier-Jouët's Blanc de Blancs is a refined expression of pure Chardonnay from Champagne's finest terroirs. Crafted entirely from white grapes, this sparkling wine showcases the elegant minerality and crisp acidity that define the region's chalky soils. The producer's commitment to quality and precision winemaking is evident in every bottle, delivering a sophisticated champagne with distinctive character and finesse.

This Champagne pairs beautifully with shellfish, crab, and lobster, making it an ideal aperitif for refined entertaining. The wine's vibrant green fruit notes and toasty complexity also complement goat cheese, fresh herbs, and aromatic dishes. At 12.5% ABV, it offers a perfectly balanced profile suitable for yacht entertaining, villa gatherings, or fine dining occasions where elegant sparkling wine is essential.
