Tasting notes
The colour is a light yellow with green highlights, of good intensity. The wine is bright, clear, and transparent. It shows signs of youth. The nose is clean, pleasant, and intense. A dominant note of fruit aromas is perceived: citrus, clementine, lemon, and white flowers, beautifully complemented by the smoky, mineral character of the terroir. Aeration enhances these aromas, revealing hints of petroleum, gas, and spices, such as grated ginger. The nose is superb!!! Open, precise, and complex, it already reflects the character of this superb terroir. The initial taste is of medium body, with a well-balanced alcohol content. The palate is crisp and lively. The range of aromas echoes the nose, still dominated by citrus fruits, clementine, lime, coconut milk, white flowers, spices, ginger, and that elegant mineral character of gas and petroleum notes. A firm, slightly bitter note is also present. The finish is very long, lasting 11-12 seconds, with a crisp acidity and lingering, pleasant bitterness. The balance of this wine is striking. Its vibrant aromatic palette, combined with its mineral dimension, elevates it to a higher level and promises a great future for this wine.
