Ingredients
- 60 ml Ocho - Blanco Tequila
- 20 ml Fresh lime juice
- 15 ml Agave nectar
- 30 ml Grapefruit juice
- 30 ml Soda water
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Ocho - Blanco Tequila, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with grapefruit juice and soda water.
Serve
Highball glass, garnished with a grapefruit twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
