Ingredients
- 60ml Malfy Gin - Con Arancia
- 20ml Aperol
- 30ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10ml Simple syrup
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Malfy Gin - Con Arancia, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
