About this wine

Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm stands among the Mosel's most celebrated producers, with a legacy built on exceptional Riesling craftsmanship. This Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett exemplifies the estate's philosophy: producing elegant, mineral-driven wines that reflect the distinctive terroir of Germany's premier white wine region.

The Mosel's steep slate vineyards impart a characteristic stony minerality and complex character to this light-bodied white. At just 9% ABV, this Kabinett-level Riesling showcases the grape's natural balance, crisp acidity, delicate fruit expression, and the refined complexity that defines top German winemaking. The low alcohol concentration allows the wine's pure varietal character and site-specific nuances to shine through.

Versatile and sophisticated, this wine pairs beautifully with seafood, white fish, and Asian cuisine. It's equally at home as an aperitif or alongside lighter fare. A quintessential choice for discerning collectors seeking authentic German elegance.
