The Curtefranca Bianco "Convento Ss. Annunciata" Bellavista comes from a still cuvée of 100% Chardonnay, born on Monte Orfano from an ancient vineyard of just over 5 hectares, divided into two parts by a fig tree. The grapes from the two parts of the ancient vineyard are vinified separately, safeguarding the micro-differences, in white oak barrels and then blended in a single and prestigious cuvée. After an evolution of 12 months in the fermentation barrel, the wine rests in the bottle for at least 12 months. Curtefranca Bianco "Convento Ss. Annunciata" is a full-bodied, soft and buttery wine of great elegance, vinified and aged in white oak barrels. It has aromas of flowers, vanilla, and exotic fruit and an intense and enveloping. The taste is sapid and full-bodied, well defined, with a long and mineral persistence at the end.
