Baileys is an Irish liqueur producer based in Dublin. The company manufactures cream liqueurs, a category that blends spirits with dairy cream and other ingredients to create rich, shelf-stable drinks. Baileys Original Irish Cream, introduced in 1974, established the modern cream liqueur category and remains the company's flagship product.
