Brilliant platinum colour, light body. Flavours of agave and vanilla, with undertones of tropical and citrus fruit with aromas of lemongrass, mild floral elements, chamomile and light minerality. Ultra smooth finish with a bright and crispy finish, notes of almond, key lime pie, and toasted coconut. Rested in oak barrels for a fresh vanilla roundness.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml 818 Tequila - Blanco by Kendall Jenner
  • 25 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml agave nectar
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the 818 Tequila - Blanco, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the drink.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnished with a grapefruit twist, served with a small sprig of fresh rosemary placed delicately on the side of the glass.
