Amber Sunset
Ingredients
- 60 mlCardhu Amber Rock
- 20 mlhoney syrup
- 15 mlfresh lemon juice
- 10 mlginger liqueur
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Cardhu Amber Rock, honey syrup, lemon juice, ginger liqueur, and Angostura bitters
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
- Garnish with a lemon twist
