Tasting notes
The latest rendition of Clicquot's emblematic NV Brut Yellow Label contains around 35% reserve wines, mostly from the last five vintages, and was finished with 10 grams per liter dosage. Offering up aromas of warm bread, peach, citrus oil and crushed chalk, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with a sweet core of fruit marked by a touch of sweetness from its dosage, concluding with a clean, nicely defined finish. Almost 20 million bottles are produced every year.

About this sparkling wine
Veuve Clicquot - Ponsardin - Yellow Label - Brut is a champagne that is perfect for any occasion. This champagne is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes, which gives it a unique taste profile that is both fruity and floral. The champagne has a bright yellow color and a fine, persistent mousse that is perfect for toasting. The history of Veuve Clicquot - Ponsardin - Yellow Label - Brut dates back to 1772 when Philippe Clicquot-Muiron founded the company. However, it was his widow, Barbe-Nicole Ponsardin, who took over the company in 1805 and made it the success it is today. She was known for her innovative techniques, such as the riddling process, which helped to improve the quality of the champagne.
Veuve Clicquot - Ponsardin - Yellow Label - Brut is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a celebration or a quiet night in. It pairs well with seafood, sushi, and light appetizers. The champagne is best served chilled, and it's perfect for toasting with friends and family.
