Riccadonna is an Italian sparkling wine producer based in Piedmont, operating within the Prosecco DOC appellation. The house specializes in Prosecco, the northeastern Italian sparkling wine category that has become one of the world's most widely consumed fizzy wines.

Prosecco DOC represents wines made from the Glera grape variety in a defined region spanning across Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, though Riccadonna's production falls within the Piedmont classification. Prosecco typically undergoes the Charmat method—secondary fermentation in steel tanks rather than bottles—which preserves the grape's fresh, fruit-forward character. These wines are characteristically dry to off-dry, with lower alcohol content and delicate carbonation compared to Champagne.

The current range includes Riccadonna Prosecco DOC Extra Dry in mini bottle format, offering the classic profile of the style: pale color, subtle stone fruit and citrus notes, and lively effervescence. Extra Dry Prosecco sits between Brut and Dry on the sweetness scale, typically containing residual sugar in the 12–17 g/L range, making it approachable as an aperitif or casual sparkling option.
