Ingredients

  • 60 ml Patron Reposado
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml agave nectar
  • 15 ml Cointreau
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Lime wheel and a pinch of smoked sea salt for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Patron Reposado, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, Cointreau, and orange bitters.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a pinch of smoked sea salt on top.

Serve

A rocks glass with a large, clear ice cube, garnished with a vibrant lime wheel on the rim and a sprinkle of smoked sea salt.
