Tasting notes
It is produced with pure Aleatico grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with a short cold maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine then ages on its own yeasts, before being bottled. It has a pale coral pink colour. The nose opens with subtle notes of rose, red fruits and citrus. On the palate it is elegant and slightly savoury with a pleasant fruity persistence.

About this wine
Fattoria Aldobrandesca's Aleatico Rosato represents a refined expression of Tuscany's winemaking heritage under the stewardship of Marchesi Antinori, one of Italy's most respected producers. This elegant rosé showcases the distinctive Aleatico grape, a varietal with deep historical roots in central Italy, crafted to highlight its natural affinity for delicate fruit aromatics and refined structure.
Produced within the Toscana IGT appellation, this medium-bodied rosé balances citrus fruit character with a sophisticated palate, delivering approachable complexity at 13.5% alcohol. The winemaking philosophy emphasizes the grape's intrinsic qualities, resulting in a wine of genuine elegance rather than heavy extraction. Its versatility at table makes it an ideal companion for shellfish, fresh salads with goat cheese or feta, citrus-based dishes, and light preparations featuring berries and fresh fruits, making it equally suited to leisurely villa dining or refined yacht entertaining.
