Tasting notes
This Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes was aged in oak barrels for one year. Its color is garnet. It displays complex notes of red fruit and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with rich tannins softened by oak aging. The silky tannins and beautiful balance of this Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes make it the ideal companion for stews, meats in sauce and pressed cheeses.
