Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bacardi - Carta Blanca
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml coconut cream
  • 15 ml pineapple juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Bacardi - Carta Blanca, fresh lime juice, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
