Key characteristics
About this vermouth
Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth represents the pinnacle of French vermouth craftsmanship, produced in Marseillan, France since 1786. This iconic aperitif is crafted from a carefully guarded blend of herbs, botanicals, and fortified wine, resulting in a distinctly dry profile with 18% ABV that sets the standard for premium vermouth worldwide.
The Extra Dry expression showcases Noilly Prat's commitment to balance and complexity. Its pale golden hue and herbaceous character make it an essential ingredient in classic cocktails such as the Martini and Sazerac, while its sophisticated palate also shines as a standalone aperitif served chilled or on the rocks. The dry vermouth style complements oysters, seafood, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, making it a versatile addition to any well-appointed bar or dining experience.
Whether you're stocking a yacht, villa, or fine dining establishment, Noilly Prat Extra Dry delivers the refined quality and heritage that discerning hosts and bartenders have trusted for generations. Its distinctive flavor profile and mixological versatility make it indispensable for both classic cocktails and contemporary culinary applications.
