Tasting notes
Citrus notes such as bergamot and orange peel, the fruity harmony of black berries and blackcurrant, accents of gingerbread perceived in the marriage of clove and cinnamon complemented by vanilla, and the scent of oriental forests characterised by its woody notes of myrrh, undergrowth and rancio. A subtle attack is followed by richer, more substantial flavours. Harmonious notes of blackcurrant and undergrowth meet accents of gingerbread and orange peel. The very old Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie give the blend aromatic power and structure, and extend into a flavourful and persistent finish.
