Sorelle Bronca is a wine producer based in the Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG zone in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. This family-run estate operates within one of Italy's most prestigious sparkling wine appellations, focusing exclusively on the production of Prosecco from the traditional Glera grape variety.

The Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG represents the historic heart of Prosecco production, encompassing steep hillside vineyards between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. This zone achieved DOCG status in 2009, recognizing its superior terroir characterized by varied soils ranging from clay and sandstone to moraine deposits. The area's unique microclimate, influenced by the nearby Alps and Adriatic Sea, creates ideal conditions for Glera cultivation. Wines from this appellation typically display greater complexity and mineral character compared to Prosecco from broader DOC zones.

The estate currently produces an Extra-Dry Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG, working exclusively with Glera grapes. Extra-Dry represents a traditional sweetness level in Prosecco production, containing 12-17 grams of residual sugar per liter, offering a balanced profile that bridges the gap between the bone-dry Brut and sweeter Dry styles.
