Ingredients:

- 60 ml Mount Gay XO
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel

1. In a mixing glass, muddle the brown sugar and bitters until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add Mount Gay XO and ice, stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and garnish with the peel. Enjoy!
