Ingredients
- 60 ml Mount Gay - Black Barrel - Double Cask Blend
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml falernum
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Mount Gay - Black Barrel - Double Cask Blend, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, falernum, and Angostura bitters.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
Serve
Serve in a rocks glass with a lime wheel and mint sprig garnish.
