Pale gold-tinted colour, very bright, and very effervescent. Fresh and ripe nose, brioche and floral with notes of bread crumbs, white fruits, flowers and dried hay. Mouth of beautiful intensity, round, creamy, with a clean and fresh aromatic definition and a generous dosage.
Domaine Michel Laurent's Crémant de Loire represents the pinnacle of Loire Valley sparkling winemaking. Crafted using the traditional méthode champenoise, this Brut sparkling wine blends Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc to create a wine of elegance and finesse. The Loire region's cool climate and distinctive terroir impart a fresh, mineral character with delicate floral and brioche notes, while maintaining a creamy texture and rounded mouthfeel.
This medium-alcohol sparkling wine (12.5% ABV) showcases the versatility that makes Crémant de Loire a favorite among discerning palates. Whether enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with food, it complements an impressive range of dishes, from shellfish and lobster to sushi, duck, and chicken. Its crisp acidity and refined bubbles also pair beautifully with lighter fare such as goat cheese, mushrooms, and fresh berries, making it an ideal choice for both casual entertaining and fine dining occasions.
