History of the Producer
Casamigos was founded by George Clooney, Rande Gerber, and Mike Meldman in 2013. The trio set out to create a tequila that they could enjoy with friends and family, and after years of perfecting their recipe, Casamigos was born. The brand quickly gained popularity and was acquired by Diageo in 2017 for $1 billion.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Casamigos Reposado
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml agave nectar
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint for garnish
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice. - Add Casamigos Reposado, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, Cointreau, and orange bitters. - Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds. - Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. - Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
Serve
A rocks glass with a golden-hued cocktail, garnished with a vibrant lime wheel and a fresh mint sprig.
