Tasting notes
The 2018 vintage, from a warm, generous year, delivers ripe stone fruit and brioche on the nose with underlying citrus freshness. The palate is full and rounded, with fine, persistent mousse, good depth, and a clean, mineral-edged finish.

About this sparkling wine
As usual, this latest release of the 2015 Brut Millésimé is a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Offering up aromas of confit citrus, blanched almonds, spices and a delicate smoky reduction, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and enrobing, with good depth at the core and a slightly smoky, phenolic finish. Dosage: eight grams per liter.
