Kimerud - Navy Strength - Gin

Ingredients

• 60 ml Kimerud Navy Strength Gin
• 22.5 ml dry vermouth
• 7.5 ml Chartreuse Verte
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 7.5 ml honey syrup (1:1 ratio)
• 1 egg white

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice
2. Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
3. Add a large handful of fresh ice to the shaker
4. Shake for 15 seconds until well-chilled
5. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass
6. Allow the foam to settle for 30 seconds before garnishing
