It drinks with a soft, lightly sweet raspberry character and clean finish, best served over ice, in a spritz with soda and fresh lime, or as the base of a simple fruit-forward cocktail at a sundowner or pool deck service.
The Razberi Elegance
Ingredients
- 60 ml Stolichnaya Razberi Raspberry Vodka
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml crème de cassis
- 15 ml elderflower liqueur
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 2 fresh raspberries
- Ice
Method
- Add the Stolichnaya Razberi vodka, fresh lemon juice, crème de cassis, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker and fill three-quarters full.
- Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
- Double-strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass.
- Gently express the oils from a lemon twist over the surface.
Serve
Serve in a chilled coupe glass, garnished with two fresh raspberries threaded onto a cocktail pick and placed across the rim, with a thin lemon twist draped inside the glass for visual elegance.
